Directions:

1. Fill the bottle with cool or lukewarm water. 

2. Extend the nozzle firmly and screw the cap on securely. Invert the bottle and aim the tip towards the affected area.

Directions:

Can be chilled, frozen or heated. Only use or a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Always test pad temperature prior to application.

Chilled:

Refrigerate for at least one hour before use. Insert each pad into a cotton sleeve before placing on your skin.

Frozen:

Keep in freezer for at least one hour before use. Once frozen, insert each pad into a cotton sleeve before placing on your skin. Do not apply frozen compression pads directly to the skin, as this can cause ice burns.

Heated:

Hot Water Method - We recommend heating your pads by submerging carefully in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Do not use boiling water. Drain water before removing pads. Once heated, handle pads with caution and insert each one into a cotton sleeve before placing on your skin. Do not apply hot compression pads directly to the skin as this can cause burns.

Microwave Method - Please be aware that microwaving pads can cause uneven heat distribution. Place pads on a clean, dry plate in the microwave for 20 seconds, then in five-second increments if needed. Ensure that the pad does not brush against the walls or ceiling of your microwave as it spins. The microwave carousel must be able to spin throughout the heating cycle. Once heated, handle pads with caution and insert each one into a cotton sleeve before placing on your skin. Do not apply hot compression pads directly to the skin as this can cause burns.

 

Care Instructions:

Hand wash compression pads regularly in warm soapy water. Wash cotton sleeves by hand or in a washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle. Hang to dry.

 

Caution:

Check product condition regularly. Replace if product shows any damage. Keep away from sharp objects. Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean compression pads. Hard scourers may scratch the surface. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Do not forcefully squeeze or shake at any time. Do not open or puncture pads. If pads leak, dispose of them immediately. For external use only, do not ingest. Do not apply to sensitive skin or open wounds. Do not fall asleep using pads. If gel comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with warm water. How To Use:

Where To Apply:

Always start by applying 2-4 sprays to your feet only for a few weeks, this will allow your body to adapt. After an introduction period, you can apply 4-6 sprays to your stomach as well, this is best for deep restorative sleep and to increase your overall magnesium levels. Once your body has adjusted you can apply to more sensitive areas, like your legs, arms, shoulders or anywhere else that is feeling tight or sore. If you experience a tingle or itch this is very normal as it is a sign of deficiency, go back to applying to your feet only for another week or so before you try the more sensitive areas again. If you experience this sensation, it is a sign you really do need this product, so work with it and it will fade. You can also apply coconut oil or similar over the top of the spray if you find this feels good.

 

Use On Children:

Magnesium Oil is an amazing addition to your little ones' day. Care instructions

Washing:

We recommend hand washing your silk mask in cold or lukewarm water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. This helps maintain its softness, shine, and longevity.

If needed, you can machine wash it on a delicate cycle using cold water and a wash bag, but hand washing is always best to protect the silk fibres.

After washing, press out excess water gently with a clean towel and lay flat to air dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Ironing & Steaming:

To remove wrinkles, gently steam the mask. If using an iron, press on the lowest heat setting with a cloth barrier to protect the silk, never iron directly.
