Dead Sea Salts: are jam-packed full of minerals that assist in cleansing, detoxifying and restoring a healthy balance to the body, especially the skin and muscles. They’re also known for an ability to relieve body pain.

Bentonite Clay: is a natural clay with a fine, soft texture. It forms a paste when mixed with water and proves beneficial for various health conditions – cleansing the body by binding to toxins and removing them, soothing the skin, healing acne and even boosting the immune system.

Magnesium Chloride: Magnesium supports nervous system health, hormone function, healthy digestion and calming the body. It assists sugar and carbohydrate metabolism, energy production and healthy bone development and growth. Magnesium supports the production of GABA levels, which exist across all areas of the brain and nervous system. GABA is a calming neurotransmitter that the brain requires to switch off. The magnesium binds to and stimulates GABA receptors in the brain, which puts the brakes on brain activity.

Vitamin C is vital for both mama and bub during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery, we chose to use a fruit-based ascorbic acid which is very quick absorbing.

Vitamin B6 is often prescribed for treating nausea and vomiting (those head in the bowl moments) and is a key ingredient in our formulation. We use a water soluble form of vitamin B6 called Pryidoxine Hydrochoride.

Methyl Folate Calcium (Methylated Folate) a form of folate which can be absorbed by everyone. This one is great for bub, their brain and spine whilst growing in your belly.
