This Self Love set has been thoughtfully designed to honour Mother’s during their sacred postpartum period which as we know, postpartum is forever.

Every quote has been carefully and meticulously chosen (by incredible poets/authors such as Tess Guinery, Beau Taplin and Amethyst Joy just to name a few) to remind Mothers of their incredible importance as the heart-centre of their family with full permission to slowww it all down. We live in a fast-paced society that celebrates the hustle but during this season it is all about the present moment. Just as the caterpillar goes into their cocoon and emerges a beautiful butterfly, still the same but somehow also morphed, transformed, anew. We too must do the same.

Each individual card comes with its own hand-drawn illustrations, a hand crafted timber stand (made locally by a Dad of 2) and packaged in a Seasons of Mama calico bag. This set contains 15 cards and was designed with the intention to draw a single card and sit with it for a week or longer at a time, to really savour the message.

Directions:

Carefully open the sachet to avoid spilling the enclosed serum. Remove the tray and place the eye masks on clean, dry skin under the eye area. Remove after 30 minutes and pat in any remaining serum from the sachet.

How To Use:

Spray 6-8 Sprays onto your stomach, legs, feet or back, 10-30 mins before bed. Massage in gently, allowing it to dry before covering up. We recommend using it daily as our coffee culture and mineral-poor soils severely deplete your body’s magnesium levels.

If you have never used magnesium oil before, start by using it on your feet only for 2-3 weeks to allow your body to adjust. If using on children, apply to their feet only for 4 weeks before spraying onto their stomachs as well.

Where To Apply:

Always start by applying 2-4 sprays to your feet only for a few weeks, this will allow your body to adapt. After an introduction period, you can apply 4-6 sprays to your stomach as well, this is best for deep restorative sleep and to increase your overall magnesium levels. Once your body has adjusted you can apply to more sensitive areas, like your legs, arms, shoulders or anywhere else that is feeling tight or sore. If you experience a tingle or itch this is very normal as it is a sign of deficiency, go back to applying to your feet only for another week or so before you try the more sensitive areas again. If you experience this sensation, it is a sign you really do need this product, so work with it and it will fade. You can also apply coconut oil or similar over the top of the spray if you find this feels good.

Use On Children:

Magnesium Oil is an amazing addition to your little ones' day. Known to support their growing bodies, ease growing pains, support deep restorative sleep, assist in calming their nervous system before bed/naps and support an overall more balanced system. We recommend applying 2-3 sprays to their feet only for around 3 weeks, from here you can apply the oil to their stomach/legs as well. Rub in and allow to dry before covering up. If they experience itching or tingling this can be a sign of deficiency and we recommend going back to less sensitive areas, like their feet. Alternatively, you can mix it with coconut oil or similar. Safe for babies 3 months an older.
